Business Models®

Practical instruction from practitioners who have built, tested, and adapted real business structures - not theoretical frameworks repackaged as insight.

Business masterclass session in progress

What we teach

Each programme at Plrintex focuses on a specific layer of how businesses are structured, funded, and made to last. The curriculum is designed for people who want to understand the mechanics, not just the vocabulary.

Revenue Architecture

Understanding how income streams are designed, layered, and stress-tested across different market conditions.

Cost Structure Analysis

Mapping fixed and variable costs to identify leverage points that affect margin without compromising delivery quality.

Market Positioning

Defining where a business sits relative to competitors and how that position shapes pricing, messaging, and growth options.

Core Programme

Most business model failures are not strategic - they are structural. Participants learn to see the structure before it becomes a problem.

The core programme runs across six instructional modules, each built around a specific decision a business must make at some point in its life. Sessions combine worked examples, guided analysis of real company cases, and structured reflection exercises. Participants come away with a clearer picture of how their own situation maps onto the patterns covered - and where the gaps are.
